Start with a conversation, not an event.
Choose one ordinary place where you already see people: the school gate, a farm supply store, a café, or the sidelines. Make time to listen before planning another program.
- Ask one person, “What has been good or difficult about life here lately?” Listen without turning the conversation into a pitch.
- Meet with one willing church member. Practice explaining the Rescue Gospel in your own words, then ask each other what was unclear.
- Choose a time to reconnect. Offer practical help without making it conditional on attending church.
