How Each Lesson Is Organized
Each lesson follows a consistent format designed for volunteer teachers:

- Big idea — One clear truth for students to take home
- Teacher background — Context and commentary to help the teacher understand the passage
- Discussion questions — Age-appropriate questions for group discussion
- Activity — A hands-on activity that reinforces the lesson

Who These Lessons Are For
These lessons are written for volunteer teachers in small and rural churches. They assume no formal theological training. They are designed to be picked up on Saturday night and taught on Sunday morning. They work for mixed-age classes, single-age classes, and everything in between.
