Taking Care Of Home….

Yesterday, I went to a pastors training conference sponsored by Pastor Training Institute. This is a ministry started by the late Dr Adrian Rogers, and is now run by his sons Steve and David. It was a very good day of equipping and encouraging. One of the biggest challenges I received was the encouragement to take care of things at home, even if it might disappoint someone in the congregation. Its something we strive for as pastors, but to hear it from someone who lived it AND finished well is a very good thing.

They have some very good resources available to pastors to equip them and to help pastors train more pastors.
