Most times, it is fun selling items on Craigslist. However, other times, you try and sell an item to have the only response be repeated offers to ship the item to a foreign country. They even offer to pay more than the cost of the item. It is a scam. Do no pass go, do not collect $200. No matter how many times you tell them no, they just keep trying with a different name, email, or phone number.
In church, we can encounter the same situations. It may be that someone is pushing an agenda. It may be someone that truly doesn’t understand what your ministry involves. It is very important to respond to both scenarios with grace. You may get asked the same question over and over again about something which you have no responsibility or control. Continue to respond with grace.
