Email 2: The Week-Two Check-In
Send in week two if they haven’t returned. Brief, no pressure.

Email 3: The Month-One Invitation
Send at the one-month mark if they haven’t returned. One final, gracious outreach.

I just wanted to let you know that you are always welcome at [Church Name]. We haven’t seen you in a while, and I wanted to reach out one more time to say that the door is open whenever you’re ready.
