Recently, our Youth Department returned from Youth Camp in Warsaw, Missouri with the Midlakes Baptist Assocaiation. They had an awesome time. Our students were the only ones from out of state, but the other churches and students welcomed them like life-long friends. I got to reconnect with friends I have not seen for a long time. My family also got to make the trip. It was a good week.
The students were taught a series based on Matthew 5:8 called “Blessed are the Pure in Heart” . They explored what it di and did not mean to be pure in heart.
