What are things that churches can do to maximize the use of the resources God has blessed them with? Is there a ministry you feel is going to sunset due to budget issues? How do we balance trusting God to provide with trying to wisely plan?
Now the stickiest question of all:
How do you determine whether a member of the pastoral/church staff gets a raise or not? If so, how much?
