A short daily huddle can make VBS calmer, safer, and more welcoming. This free five-page guide helps small churches name roles, prepare rooms, support volunteers, and route care concerns well.
Inside
- Pre-arrival role and room checklist
- Daily volunteer reflection and adjustment prompts
- Care, safety, incident, and escalation planning
- A closing next-step worksheet
Use your church’s child-safety policy and applicable requirements. This workbook is planning material, not legal, medical, counseling, or safeguarding advice.
