What is Rescue VBS?
Every day of Rescue VBS opens with a true, dramatic rescue story from history. Baby Jessica trapped in a well for 58 hours. Thirty-three miners underground for 69 days. Twelve boys lost in a cave in Thailand. These real stories create an emotional bridge to the biblical truth of the day: God sees us, God hears us, God comes to find us, and Jesus reaches out immediately when we sink.
The theme verse is Luke 19:10 (ESV): For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
