God made Adam from the dust of the ground and breathed life into him. Then He made Eve to be Adam’s helper. God walked with them in the garden. He made us to be His friends.

Connection to the Gospel

God breathed life into Adam, but sin broke that walk. Jesus came to restore our friendship with God (2 Corinthians 5:18).
