In the Beginning, God: Creation in Genesis 1 — Nursery (0–2) Sunday School Lesson

Free Nursery (0–2) Sunday school lesson on Genesis 1:1–25. The reviewed five-page guide with tiny story, adult-held card, and family page supplies volunteer background and actual activity pages. It follows God’s creation of light, sky, dry land and plants, sky lights, sea creatures and birds, and land animals, while noting human creation follows in verses 26–31. The guide centers God’s power, order, and goodness without inventing scientific details not given by the passage.

Memory: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” Genesis 1:1, KJV. Nursery children may hear a labeled paraphrase. The guide makes later Christian connections to the Son and the gospel without pretending they are stated verbatim in Genesis 1:1–25.
