Jesus Walks on the Sea — Nursery Lesson (Matthew 14:22–33)

Free nursery Sunday school lesson on Matthew 14:22–33. This reviewed 6-page PDF includes two pages of passage-specific volunteer background, an age-specific teaching plan, teacher-held visual, a labeled Matthew 14:30 KJV memory excerpt, and a family page.

Read Jesus sending disciples ahead and praying alone, his arrival on the sea, Peter’s request and cry, Jesus’ immediate rescue, the wind’s end, and the disciples’ worship and confession of Jesus as Son of God. The guide keeps this scene distinct from Jesus calming the storm and gives practical water-safety guidance without reenactment.
