Study Jesus’ cleansing of the man with a skin illness, the centurion’s request for his servant, Peter’s mother-in-law, the many brought that evening, and Matthew’s Isaiah fulfillment. Mark adds Jesus’ instruction to the cleansed man and the effects of his public report. The guide avoids promising instant healing for every illness and encourages appropriate care.
