Youth Pastor Internship at Connect Church Global – CFN NETWORK Info Close Jobs search Youth Pastor Internship Connect Church Global • Internship • Plano, Texas, United States • max $15 / hour • 6d ago Service Schedule Sundays: 8:55 AM & 10:55 AM Wednesdays: 7:15 PM Position Summary The Youth Pastor Intern will serve alongside our Children’s Ministry leadership team to disciple middle and high school students, build relationships with families, and help create engaging environments where students can grow in their relationship with Christ. This internship is ideal for someone pursuing vocational youth ministry who desires practical ministry experience under pastoral leadership. Responsibilities Build authentic relationships with students. Assist in planning and leading youth services. Teach Bible lessons and facilitate small groups as assigned. Recruit and encourage youth volunteers. Follow up with first-time guests and students. Participate in and create youth events, retreats, and outreach opportunities. Partner with parents in supporting student discipleship. Attend leadership meetings and ministry trainings. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check. Demonstrated Christian character and spiritual maturity. Passion for student ministry and discipleship. Strong communication and relational skills. Dependable and teachable. Currently pursuing ministry training is preferred. Must have own transportation.
