Position Title: Youth Director (Middle and High School)
Position Status: Full Time
Responsible to: Next Gen Director
Position Summary: The Youth Director helps fulfill Bethel’s mission to make disciples who love God, one another, and the world by leading a Christ-centered, relational, and spiritually vibrant ministry for middle and high school students. In partnership with the Next Gen Director, parents and volunteers, this role supports students at every stage of their faith journey and builds teams that reflect the heart of Jesus and Bethel’s values.
