At First Baptist Church of Woodbridge, we believe students aren't just the future of the Church—they're an important part of what God is doing right now. And we're praying for the right leader to help shape the next chapter of our student ministry. We're searching for someone who:? ? Loves Jesus deeply and leads from that relationship? ? Cares about students beyond the stage and the program? ? Builds genuine relationships with teenagers, parents, and volunteers? ? Develops and empowers others to lead? ? Creates spaces where students can ask hard questions, find community, and grow in their faith? ? Is passionate about helping students become lifelong followers of Jesus This role is about more than planning events or filling a calendar. It's about showing up consistently, investing intentionally, and pointing students to the hope and truth found in Christ.
