Our founding Pastor after 32 years has decided to retire. What started out with just over a dozen people has turned into a home for over 600 weekly attenders. This church now has 7 ministerial staff members and multiple suport staff that have been together for a very long time. We are praying for the Lord to send the right man to lead us into the next season of ministry. Living in Crystal Rivers offers a small town feel in a growing area. The outdoors and wildlife are a major draw to this area. This is a great place to raise a family and many people come to the area to retire. Position Overview Role: Senior Pastor Location: Crystal River, Florida Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ years of pastoral leadership preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver inspiring, Bible-based Sunday sermons. Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to church members. Lead administrative and ministry staff teams. Guide community outreach and local evangelism efforts. Oversee discipleship and Christian education programs. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in theology or related field. Demonstrated alignment with Southern Baptist doctrine and values.
