First Baptist Church of Berlin, Ohio is seeking a pastor. Our current pastor of 21 years is retiring due to age and health issues. FBC is an Independent Baptist church that prefers the KJV and uses traditional and conservative music. The church is debt-free and offers a full-time salary. Our building has a sanctuary, Sunday school classrooms, and a fellowship hall including a full kitchen. Berlin is a “small town” community in the heart of Ohio in close proximity to a large Amish community. Our current small congregation is largely older believers with opportunity for growth. We are looking for a shepherd with an evangelistic, church planting mindset who can lead with a practical, conservative application of God’s Word.
