Totuskey is looking for a Pastor who possess strong preaching skills, a heart for serving others and the ability to lead the church. This pastor will lead our congregation providing spiritual guidance, biblical preaching, Christ centered worship services and outreach. The right candidate will be experienced, either through education or life experiences, relational, competent, good with details, and have prior knowledge and experience overseeing and leading ministries, groups, outreach, and service opportunities. Strong focus will be placed on engaging the community and building membership. Totuskey Baptist Church is located in a farming community in the historical Northern Neck of Virginia. The church offers a remodeled, four bedroom parsonage and a competitive salary.
