We are looking for a relational, energetic, and spiritually mature leader who can build strong connections with students, parents, and volunteers while creating environments where young people can know Jesus, grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and live on mission. The Next Gen Pastor will provide leadership and vision for our student ministry, develop and equip an effective volunteer team, partner with parents, and help create a clear pathway for students to grow from childhood into adulthood as committed followers of Jesus.
