Multi-Generational/Media Pastor at Freeman Heights Baptist Church | Arkansas Baptist State Convention Multi-Generational/Media Pastor Freeman Heights Baptist Church | Berryville, AR Posted Date 8/23/2026 Description   Multi-Generational and Media Pastor Freeman Heights Baptist Church is looking to fill a full-time position for a Multi-Generational and Media pastor. This person must be a Christian who adheres to and affirms the Baptist Faith and Message. They must be self-motivated and eager to engage with church committees, students, and families. It is preferred, but not required, to also serve as the Associate Pastor. The salary will be based on experience, responsibilities, and education.  Principal Function :   Oversee the development of the youth and children's ministry with an emphasis on evangelism and discipleship training.  Coordinate with parents to plan family, youth, and children's ministry activities.  Collaborate with our Media professionals to enhance the church’s online presence.  All other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor to facilitate the ministry of the church.   Supervised by: The Multi-Generational Pastor will be under the leadership and direct supervision of the Senior Pastor and the church, for the development and promotion of the Family Ministry. Responsibilities of a Multi-Generational Pastor :   Work with parents to develop advisory councils for both youth and children's ministries.  Equip families for discipleship. Conduct and/or coordinate special training projects for youth workers and parents. Perform family counseling as required. Typically, in conjunction with the Senior Pastor. Must be willing to join and promote at-home visits.  Attend school events and lunches.   Plan and provide leadership for Sunday a.m. and p.m. and Wednesday p.m. services. Assist, when possible, with special children’s projects and programs, such as VBS, AWANA, Children’s Camp, etc. Must be an active church member, team member, and supportive of the church’s programs.   Responsibilities of Media Pastor:   Coordinate, maintain, and update the church's website and social media platforms.  Advise and assist in all church publications, such as poster production, newsletters, and visitor information. Collect all church photos and videos for special events and services.   Responsibilities of an Associate Pastor (Preferred but not Required):   Will work in cooperation with the Senior Pastor on all projects. Will serve with church leaders to coordinate church programs.  Assist the Pastor in visitation and share in hospital and nursing home visitation, especially in the Pastor’s absence. Will assist the Pastor in representing Freeman Heights Baptist church at associational, state, and/or national levels of the Southern Baptist Convention as needed.
