Lead Pastor – Lead Pastor Job Summary: Lead Pastor – North Mountain Church (Phoenix, AZ) North Mountain Church, a Conservative Baptist congregation in north Phoenix, is seeking a Lead Pastor to guide the church into its next season following the retirement of their current pastor.
