What began as a small vision has grown into a Christ-centered medical mission with a dedicated team of 60 local staff. We provide compassionate healthcare while empowering local leaders. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Cross-Cultural HR Professional to join us for a minimum three-month assignment. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen our organization by developing sustainable HR systems, mentoring local staff, and establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize an HR Information System (HRIS) Develop and manage digital staff scheduling across multiple departments Identify and coordinate international staff training and professional development opportunities Mentor, coach, and provide biblical discipleship to local personnel Build and strengthen HR processes from recruitment through retirement Review and update the organization's Manual of Operations and HR policies Train and equip the local HR team for long-term success Qualifications Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Director Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, and HR best practices Experience working in international, cross-cultural, nonprofit, or mission settings is highly desirable Passion for mentoring, leadership development, and building local capacity Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Alignment with Glory Reborn Organization's Christ-centered mission and values Why Serve with Glory Reborn?
