Key Responsibilities Lead and develop all youth and family programming, special events, and discipleship pathways.   Preach and teach regularly, using Scripture as the primary tool for youth and family formation. Provide pulpit supply at the Pastor’s direction. Recruit, train, and equip volunteer leaders for effective youth and family ministry.   Coordinate the yearly youth/family calendar and seasonal events in alignment with the church’s vision.   Oversee new believer and new member training for students and families.   Drive evangelism, outreach, and intentional “in-reach” care that strengthens families and closes the back door.   Maintain clear communication with the Senior Pastor and ministry leaders for planning, evaluation, and ongoing support. Other duties as assigned by the Pastor.
