Associate Pastor of Students & Family at Midway Baptist Church | Arkansas Baptist State Convention Associate Pastor of Students & Family Midway Baptist Church | Big Spring, TX Posted Date 8/30/2026 Description The Associate Pastor of Students and Family is to lead a growing student ministry (grades 6-12) by providing Christ-centered, biblical teaching for students, and by shepherding and discipling them in cooperation with their parents. He will also serve the church by helping with administrative and outreach as well as other duties assigned by the Sr. Pastor.   In addition to Sunday mornings, Wednesday, and Sunday nights, some student activities are also required. This position requires four days a week of office time and includes three weeks of paid vacation. The church also includes a 3 bed, 2 bath parsonage with electricity and water paid by the church.   Salary:  $55,000- $65,000 Annually  Department:  Associate Status:  Full-Time Highest Level of Education Required:  College Minimum Experience in Years:  3+ Affiliation:  Our church/ministry is affiliated with the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention        Our church/ministry understands and affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
