The tasks which reside in the position of Pastor involve responsibility for Sunday (messages, sermons), attendance at CBC meetings as an ex-officio member, visiting ill or shut-in church members and spiritual counseling of persons in need. The Pastor is expected to follow Baptist principals and believe that the Bible is Holy, the true word of God and is inerrant. He must meet scripture requirements found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
