Associate Pastor | Job Board Skip to content Associate and Assistant Pastors Associate Pastor Harper Evangelicl Free Church https://www.harperchurch.org/ Posted: 07/21/2026 Salary/Range: 70,000-80,000 Location Port Orchard, WA Description: About Us: Harper Church is an EFCA congregation in the Pacific Northwest with a rich 100-year history. With an average attendance of 350 and a vibrant blend of long-standing members and a growing number of young families, we are prayerfully looking for the right individual to partner with us in gospel ministry in our church and community. This role is ideal for someone who is relational, communicative, collaborative, and competent to oversee a few events and carry out some administrative tasks. We are receiving applications from those who have formal theological education and are open to pursuing ordination within the EFCA. Above all, we are seeking someone who is passionate about Jesus and seeing lives transformed by the Gospel and who aligns with our vision: Becoming a Community of Grace by Transforming Broken People into Committed Followers of Jesus Christ .
