We are looking for a spiritually mature leader who is passionate about leading Christ-centered worship and developing volunteers. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to transition into a full-time ministry role based on experience, qualifications, and the needs of the church. Compensation Competitive part-time salary Ministry expenses reimbursed Opportunity for future full-time employment Responsibilities Lead worship during Sunday School, Sunday Morning Worship, and Sunday Evening Worship. Plan worship services in cooperation with the Senior Pastor. Lead weekly choir and praise team rehearsals. Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer musicians and vocalists. Help cultivate a worship ministry that blends traditional hymns and modern worship songs in a Christ-centered, congregational setting. Participate in the overall life and ministry of the church. Qualifications Applicants should: Demonstrate a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000. Possess the musical ability to lead congregational worship. Display humility, dependability, and servant leadership. Have ministry experience or formal ministry training (preferred).
