Hope Community Chapel (HCC) Baptist Church is looking for a Lead Pastor with the calling to

shepherd this congregation and community and be the first among equals on the deacon board.

HCC is a small church in a growing community in the Lakes Region of Franklin, New

Hampshire. Qualifications of the Lead Pastor include being an ordained minister or a minister

that will be ordained within 1 year following his election to this position. He shall be in complete

accord with Baptist doctrine and shall become a member of this church. The Lead Pastor shall
