Job Description: Young Adult Pastor
Classification: Full-Time
Our Mission and Vision: We are passionate about becoming more like Jesus and helping people come to know Jesus.
Position Summary: Lead young adults to become more like Jesus and help others come to know Him by connecting them to the BFC community and guiding them to engage in the core practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead young adults to engage in the core practices of BFC: worshiping together, spending one-on-one time with God, doing life together in groups, sharing our faith, serving with abandon, and sharing our resource
