He should be a godly man with a heart and burden for lost souls, desiring to reach the surrounding area for Christ, while teaching, challenging, preparing, and caring for the church family. This is a full-time position. The church is independent, only uses the KJV for teaching and preaching, worships with traditional music, and averages 40-50 in attendance. Ministries include Master Builders for teens, a young kid’s club, Women’s Christian Fellowship, and they actively support worldwide missions. There is a good spirit within the church and they are eager to serve the Lord under the leadership of their next pastor. Dillon is a growing community that is located about an hour south of Butte in SW Montana. Its population is around 4,200, which increases during the school year due to the town being home to the University of Montana Western.
