Position Overview
Position Type:
Part-Time, Full-Time, or Pastoral Intern.
Commitment:
2 years, in good faith.
Part-Time Compensation:
$24,000 – $32,000 annually (Approximately 15 hours per week focusing on youth leadership).
Full-Time Compensation:
$45,000 – $50,000 annually (Includes expanded administrative and/or worship responsibilities).
Pastoral Intern Compensation:
$24,000 – $50,000 annually (Ideal for theology students or recent graduates pursuing ordination in the ARP or other NAPARC churches).

The Vision for This Role (Director of Students)
We are looking for a “galvanizer” leader who can cast a compelling vision and cultivate an energetic, welcoming youth group with a goal of growing our family of middle and high school students.
Nurture the Family of Christ:
You will develop the faith and spiritual maturity of our 6th through 12th graders by deepening their biblical knowledge and applying the Gospel to their daily lives. We place a high priority on equipping teenagers for their next season of life (college, career, and beyond), engaging them in apologetics, and stressing the importance of lifelong involvement in the local church and campus ministries.
Grow the Family of Christ:
You will serve as a missionary to the youth of the Hillsborough area. This means being highly accessible, genuinely interested in their lives, and actively engaging with students in local schools to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
Weekly Ministry:
Lead weekly Student Sunday School and provide an opportunity for students to gather outside of Sunday mornings at least once a week.
Relational Discipleship:
Be an active presence in the lives of the youth. Attend their school activities, sporting events, and theater productions to support them. Meet their frien
