Day 1 — TRAPPED: God sees you even when you feel completely stuck. Bible story: Noah. Real rescue: Baby Jessica McClure, Midland TX, 1987.
Day 2 — CRYING OUT: God hears you when you call out to him. Bible story: Moses and the Exodus. Real rescue: The Chilean Miners, 2010.
Day 3 — LOST IN THE DARK: God comes to find you even when you are running. Bible story: Jonah. Real rescue: The Thai Cave Rescue, 2018.
Day 4 — SINKING: Jesus reaches out immediately when you are sinking. Bible story: Jesus Calms the Storm + Peter Walks on Water. Real rescue: Miracle on the Hudson, 2009.
Day 5 — SAVED: You are the one Jesus came to rescue. Bible story: The Cross and Resurrection. Real rescue: Liberation of Zwolle, 1945.
Gospel Presentation Included
Every guide includes the 5-step Rescue Gospel Framework — a clear, age-appropriate gospel presentation designed for Day 5 and adaptable for every day on a missions trip. Includes diagnostic questions for leaders, not a scripted prayer that pressures children.

Is this curriculum free to use? Yes. Once purchased, you may print and use this curriculum in your church as many times as you like. Not for resale or redistribution.
What age group is Rescue VBS designed for? Ages 4–12. Each day includes a younger children’s coloring page and an older children’s activity page. Discussion questions work for mixed-age groups.
Do I need any special supplies? No. All crafts and games use common, inexpensive supplies available at any craft or dollar store. The Missions Trip guide includes travel-friendly alternatives for every supply.
Can I use this for a one-day event? Yes. The Super Saturday Guide is a complete standalone 3.5-hour one-day VBS format included in this kit.
