Free, expanded grades 1–3 Sunday school lesson on Joseph in Genesis 37; 39–45. This nine-page volunteer edition has two pages of Bible background, a timed 40–50 minute teaching plan, a KJV memory excerpt from Genesis 45:4, two reproducible student worksheets with answer keys, printable story cards, and a send-home page. Bibles and pencils are enough.
The lesson names the brothers’ wrongdoing, follows Joseph’s years in Egypt and his food preparation before famine, and treats his reunion carefully. It includes a gospel connection to Christ without pressuring a child toward an unsafe reunion. Teachers can read Scripture in their preferred translation.
