Refund and Returns Policy for Digital Products

1. General Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy governs all purchases of digital products, including downloadable curriculum and related electronic materials (“Digital Products”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Digital Product has not been downloaded, accessed, or otherwise used.

  • The purchaser provides valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

  • The request complies with all other terms contained in this policy.

Once a Digital Product has been downloaded or accessed, it is deemed delivered and used, and is therefore ineligible for a refund.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non‑refundable:

  • Downloadable digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

  • Gift cards or digital store credit

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Any Digital Product delivered correctly and functioning as described

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company under limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error

  • Delivery of an incorrect file

  • Technical defects that prevent access and cannot be resolved through reasonable troubleshooting

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, the Company will review the submission and notify the purchaser of approval or denial. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not received:

  1. Verify the status of your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card issuer; posting delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank; processing times vary.

7. Exchanges

Because Digital Products are delivered electronically, exchanges are not offered. However, if an incorrect or corrupted file is received, the Company will provide a corrected version at no additional cost. Requests should be submitted to our contact page.

8. Gifts

If a Digital Product was designated as a gift at the time of purchase, the recipient may receive store credit equal to the value of the unused Digital Product. If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
