What We Offer
MinistryPlace provides digital ministry resources including curriculum, forms, guides, and tools for small and rural churches. Some resources are free. Others are available for purchase. All digital products are delivered electronically through this site.
Accounts
You may create an account to access purchased resources, post job listings, and manage your downloads. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Purchases and Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor.
- You will receive access to digital products immediately after successful payment.
- We do not offer refunds on digital products that have been downloaded, except as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Using Our Resources
When you purchase or download a resource from MinistryPlace, you receive a license to use that resource within your ministry. This means:
- You may use the resource in your church, ministry organization, or personal study.
- You may make copies for use within your congregation or ministry team.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the resource publicly outside your ministry.
- You may not modify the resource and distribute it as your own work.
- You may not upload the resource to other websites, file-sharing services, or public repositories.
Free Resources
Free resources are subject to the same usage terms as purchased resources. Free does not mean unrestricted. Please respect the work that went into creating them.
Job Listings
Churches and ministry organizations may post job listings through our job board. MinistryPlace does not screen, endorse, or verify job postings. We are not a party to any employment relationship that results from a listing. Churches are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, and candidates are responsible for evaluating opportunities carefully.
User Content
If you submit content to MinistryPlace (such as resource ideas, feedback, or contact form messages), you grant us permission to use that content to improve our site and resources. You retain ownership of your submissions.
Accuracy and Availability
We work hard to keep our resources accurate and our site available. However, we do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that content will be free of errors. Ministry resources are provided as practical tools, not as legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.
Limitation of Liability
MinistryPlace is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our resources or site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which MinistryPlace operates.
