Perry Noble of NewSpring Church compiled a list that Leaders need to look at: 15 signs that a church is in trouble. It’s ugly to look at the warts and we don’t like to do it, but as followers of Christ, we must do it. We have to peel away the masks, makeup, and mockeries we make of the church and Christianity. We have to be concerned about the needs that God reveal to our fellowship around the corner or around the world.
We cannot hide our weaknesses. We must turn them over to God and allow Him to change our hearts to follow His will. We must allow our weaknesses to be growth opportunities. Just because you refuse to acknowledge a elephant is in the room does not make it cease to be in the room.
