The Google Phone “Nexus One” Specs are Revealed….

The specs have allegedly leaked for the Nexus One/Google Phone/iPhone Killer/Whatever, and they look very impressive:

According the the tip sent into Engadget, the Nexus One will feature:

• Android 2.1
• 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM
• 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED display
• microSD expansion (4GB microSD included, expandable to 32GB)
• 5 megapixel camera with mechanical AF and LED flash
• GSM/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900)
• HSPA 900 / 1700 / 2100 (T-Mobile 3G bands only, AT&T would be EDGE only)
• Bluetooth 2.1+EDR with A2DP
• aGPS/GPS, digital compass, accelerometer
• Qualcomm QSD8250 1GHz Snapdragon (possibly)

There’s word of “invitation only” sales to start on Jan 5th (what’s up with that!?)
